In this unforgettable session, you’ll sit across from your partner, friend, or unsuspecting plus-one and paint their portrait—without seeing a thing until the big reveal. Will it be a masterpiece or a beautiful disaster? Either way, their reaction is priceless (seriously, get your camera ready).

🎭 No art skills required. Just a good sense of humor and maybe a dash of forgiveness.

  • Do you have a minimum for private parties?

    Yes. In the studio it is a minimum of 10* (some exceptions) painters Monday-Thursday (additional fees apply to weekends) For our Mobile Studio it is a minimum of 10 painters.

  • What is Pinot's Palette?

    Pinot's Palette Dulles is a PAINT & SIP STUDIO in HERNDON,VA where guests enjoy a fun, guided painting experience led by a professional artist. During our public and private events you'll create your own masterpeice while enjoying complimentary wine, beer & cider tastings (21+)

  • How do I sign up for class/events?

    Go to the website. http://www.pinotspalette.com/dulles "click" on the featured painting/date you'd like to paint.

  • What if I can't even draw a stick figure?

    That is not a problem. Our guests often are simply amazed that the finished canvas was painted by them! All of our paintings are designed to be painted by "artists" (and non-artists) of all levels, REALLY!

  • What is the inclement weather policy?

    If we must cancel class due to inclement weather we offer a full refund. We will always err on the side of safety. If we remain open and you cancel your reservation due to driving conditions where you live, your reservation is transferable. Please notify the studio 4 hours in advance
