What We Provide
When you book a mobile event with Pinot's Palette Dulles we bring everything needed for a great event. We will setup and cleanup too. Once your event is booked, all you need to do is enjoy it. Our team will take care of the rest.

We have the #bestteameva! Local professional artists will guide your team/guests through the painting step by step. All while making it fun.

All the Supplies
We bring all the art supplies needed including aprons for each painter to wear. What is an event without great music, right? We bring that too.

Protective Coverings
Depending on your space, we will bring table coverings, floor drop cloths and chair covers as needed. We will leave your space as we found it or better.

Your event wouldn't be complete without the ideal playlist, right? We have many great pre-set playlists, or we can create one just for your group.

Setup and Cleanup
Setup for your event is made easier when we see your space in advance. Send us a picture or we can arrange for a visit before the event. And don't worry about cleanup, that's our job.

How It Works
Reserve a date
We look forward to hearing from you. Once you ell us your date, time and place, we require a refundable deposit to reserve it.
Customize Your Event
Once your deposit is confirmed, we can finalize details. Are we planning for a structured team building activity or simply choosing a painting?
Show Up And Party
Let the painting fun begin! Our team will be ready. Now you get to put on an apron and enjoy your event.
Mobile Event FAQs
We've hosted mobile events for groups as small as 10 and larger groups of 100+ in school cafeterias and country club ballrooms. Because every place is unique, there are a few details we'll want to know about ahead of time. Are there any parking/loading restrictions or instructions we should know about? Will we have access to electrical outlets, wi-fi, a water source (kitchen or bathroom) and trash?
Please plan for about 1 hour before your event time to setup and about the same for us to cleanup. We can make special arrangements to cover floors, etc... to work with meeting/space schedules. We are happy to coordinate with your venue directly as well.
