Deposits

Booking your event is easy. Payment for the minimum (typically 10 painters) is made in advance (non refundable). We will send a link with your event details. Questions? contact dulles@pinotspalette.com contact Robyn for more information

NO REFUNDS on any sales Our local small business wants to make this a fun and memorable experience for all. We understand that sometimes rescheduling or credits will be needed.

We continue to follow CDC and local government guidelines. Each private event is expertly planned. We will work with each party/event host to make your event fun. Your support of our small business is appreciated!

What's Included

You can expect our team to deliver a fun and creative experience. In studio, with our mobile events and virtually. Your event includes professional and entertaining artist instruction and all of the needed art supplies.

Private Party Room

Private parties in studio include complimentary wine, beer and cider tastings for painters 21+. Water is also provided Painters enjoy 20% off in our retail wine and gift shop

Art Supplies

We will supply canvasses, brushes, paint, instruction, paint palettes and fun! Aprons and materials are sanitized regularly.

Professional Instruction

Our local professional artists will guide you and your guests through the painting process in an entertaining way and at a comfortable pace. No art experience needed, every painting is designed for all skill levels. From a structured team building activity to a birthday party our artists are experts at making it fun and easy.

Ice, Ice Buckets, Water

Our studio features a retail wine shop allowing us to offer complimentary wine, beer, and cider to painters 21+ We do not limit the number of tastings (unless someone "tastes" too much of course) We always provide "spa" water. And offer other soft drinks for purchase.

Glassware

We serve the wine, beer, and cider tastings in real glass. We have a nice selection to choose from too. Ask about our tasting flights for your event to add to the experience.

Music

It is all about the experience and great music is key to a fun atmosphere. We have great playlists at the ready, and will happily take requests too. Beware of spontaneous sing a longs and dance breaks!

Food And Drinks

We offer a nice selection of gourmet snacks, cheese platters etc... We provide paper products and welcome any outside food and non-alcoholic beverages. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED PER OUR ABC LICENSE

Event Details

When we confirm your event, we will reserve the studio space and allow plenty of time for painting and socializing. Talk to our event specialists about additional time or any special requests, we want this event to be your best yet.

Painting Selection

The Pinot's Palette painting library is one of our best features. There are hundreds to choose from. Landscapes and Seascapes to floral, birds and animals and more. We offer unique sized canvas and some specialty paintings. We are independently owned and operated and some offerings may not be available at the Dulles studio.

Selecting the painting is a fun part of planning your event. It also can be hard to choose. We can help. Every painting in the library is designed for anyone to be able to successfully complete with the expert instruction from our professional artists.

When looking through the painting library, keep in mind we can easily change colors, orientation and/or add something to make it just what your group wants. We can also create a custom painting, design a fun painting activity for your group or incorporate something special to customize it.
