How It Works
How To Book
Private events are booked by placing a refundable deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio).
Deposits are refunded by the first business day after the event, if the minimum headcount was met. If the minimum headcount was not met, empty seats up to the minimum are deducted from the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will then be refunded, as applicable.
A host may also elect to apply the deposit, partially or in full, to other party charges (such as a bar tab, frame purchases, etc.) or individual seats.
A private party can be cancelled and receive a full deposit refund or reschedule within 30 days, with at least one (1) weeks' notice before the originally scheduled event date. A deposit placed with less than one (1) week notice before the desired party date will not be eligible for either refund or reschedule if cancelled.

Private Party Room
In-studio parties will have an entire room to themselves, with plenty of space for all guests. Our private King Louie Room holds up to 20 painters and our main studio room is available for additional seating for parties expecting more than 20 guests.
Canvases, easels, brushes, paint, palettes, aprons, paper towels, water cups, and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated area to keep purses, coats and other personal belongings safe from any paint splatter.
Our instructors are three-time award winning local professional artists and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone will receive step-by-step instruction at a comfortable and steady pace.
Ice, Ice Buckets, Water
Our studio is equipped with a full bar and ice buckets in each room to make it easier to keep drinks at the right temperature throughout your event. Bottled water is available for all guests. You'll also have counter space available for food or gifts.
Our full bar provides real glassware for all guests. We also provide plates, napkins, and utensils for your convenience, so you don't need to go out and buy any disposable party products.
We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you or you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event. Don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.
Food And Drinks
It is illegal to BYOB in Kentucky. We have a full bar, so you can purchase wine, beer, liquor, cocktails, soda, coffee, etc. from us. We do not allow outside beverages of any kind into the studio (including non-alcoholic). You are more than welcome to bring whatever food or snacks you want to enjoy during your party. Ask us about catering options!
Unless you've worked out other arrangements with us in advance, doors will open 30 minutes before painting starts. This gives guests time to arrive, settle in and mingle, and gives the host time to set up food or other items for the party.
Please provide your top three (3) desired paintings. While we always try to make sure you get your first choice, due to rare occasional scheduling conflicts or specialty canvas orders, it's advisable to have a backup or two.
You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least one (1) week before your event date to allow the artist time to prepare properly for your party.
Our painting library is HUGE and consists of only paintings created by the artists at Pinot's Palette! If you need assistance choosing the right painting for your group, just let us know. We're experts at hosting quite a few events and can help you narrow it down.
