Virtual Private Parties - How It Works

How To Book

Private events are booked by placing a $99 refundable deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio). We can hold virtual parties any day and time depending on availability.


Deposits are refunded the first business day after the event, if the minimum headcount was met. If the minimum headcount wasn't met, empty seats up to the minimum are deducted from the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will then be refunded, as applicable. We have a 15 person minimum for any virtual event, and can have up to 500 painters.

A host may also elect to apply the deposit, partially or in full, to other party charges or individual seats.

A private party may be canceled with deposit refunded, or rescheduled with full deposit applied, with at least 10 business days' notice (Monday-Friday) before the originally scheduled event date. If kits are being shipped, payment is due the day of shipping. We ship all items UPS and can ship anywhere in the USA for an additional charge.

What's Included

We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide everyone in your party with their own painting kit and can either have a curbside pickup at our studio, or we can ship. We'll send you a zoom invite for your guests. All you have to do is log in and have fun!

Private Party Room

You'll have your own Zoom virtual private room for you and your guests to socialize before, during and after the event. We'll open your Zoom room up 15 minutes before your scheduled start time and leave it open after your event for 30 minutes so that you can stay and socialize.

Art Supplies

Each kit includes a canvas, acrylic paints, brand new brushes, disposable aprons, napkins, and paper palettes.

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.

Food And Drinks

Encourage your guests to enjoy some food and drinks during your party for some added fun! We can even work in a wine tasting if you want!

Event Details

We'll start your virtual party 15 minutes before your painting time and keep it running for up to 30 minutes after your painting event.

Painting Selection

You select the painting that you'd like instructed at your event from our library of over 2,000 options. We'll also help guests customize their paintings during the event. Some specialty paintings may have an additional charge associated with them.

You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least one week before your event date. We'll also need your painting selection before we can put together your art kit.
