That being said, there’s no rule saying that you have to create your own masterpiece in the same way! The great thing about our classes is that we promise that ANYONE can paint, and so whether you’re a first-time painter, someone who paints every so often, or a fully-fledged master of the arts, you’ll enjoy our classes! On top of that, ANYONE can add in their own, personal touches to their work and many of our customers, do!
We ask you to try and let go of your reservations about painting for the first time (which many of our customers are first-timers), and just have fun! Painting and other creative activities are amazing stress-relievers and offer many great health benefits! Remember to take advantage of all that our classes have to offer and enjoy your time with friends and family in creative environment.
We're always in support of you getting extra-creative with your artwork during the 2-3 hour class! Many start off, following the instructors directions exactly, and as the class goes on, people tend to lighten up and relax about what they’re creating; They become less concerned with sticking to the instructions and enjoy seeing what they can do on their own.
It’s such a great thing to see someone take their own path when creating artwork and put their creative spin on it!
Remember that these classes are super fun to do with loved ones and making memories is one of the best parts… BUT, you’re the one who is taking this artwork home to treasure forever, so be sure to make it just how you want it! Don’t be afraid to delve into your own artistic mind and let your brush strokes roam free as you create something that is truly one-of-a-kind and all yours.
Alter the colors in the artwork so it will best match your home; Add a character from your favorite show into now of the landscape paintings; Add your favorite quote or family’s last name to your work at the end to give it an special meaning to you, and more!
However you chose to make your work your own and think outside of the box, is perfect! Remember, there is no wrong way to do art! If there’s one thing we know for sure, it’s that art is subjective and personal, and such a wonderful way to express yourself, so do it however you like and don’t worry about whether it’s right or wrong, and especially what others think.
