Here are some fantastic recipes for you to try this year, whether you’re hosting a party, attending a friend’s event, or just spending a quiet night at home with your family.

This style of glass preserves the bubbles the most
*Coupe Glass
This design was very popular in the 1950s. The bubbles disperse quickly, making the wines taste softer and fruitier.

French 75
*Best served in a champagne flute
Ingredients:
3 oz. Champagne (about the bottom 1/3 of the glass)
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. cognac
Ice
Lemon twist for garnish
Directions:
-Combine cognac, simple syrup, and lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker.
-Shake vigorously and stringiest into the glass.
-Top with champagne and serve with a lemon twist garnish

Sherry Temple
*Best served in a coupe glass
Ingredients:
4 oz. Champagne (about a 1/3 of the glass)
1 oz. sherry (*preferably medium sherry)
1 tsp cherry juice
1 maraschino cherry
Directions:
-Place the cherry and juice in the glass. Fill the

-Add a maraschino cherry as a garnish

Ingredients:
4 oz. champagne (about 1/2 of the flute)
1 & 1/2 oz. vodka
12 red grapes
Directions:
-Muddle 8 grapes and sugar in a cocktail shaker
-Add vodka and ice
-Shake vigorously and strain into the glass
-Top with champagne and serve with additional grapes

Sparkling Negroni

Ingredients:
4 oz. Champagne (about 1/2 of the flute)
3/4 oz. sweet vermouth
3/4 oz. Campari
Orange twist for garnish
Directions:
-Combine the Campari and sweet vermouth in the glass
-Top with champagne
-Serve with the orange twist

1/4 oz allspice dram
3/4 oz bourbon
2 oz apple cider

-Add gin, lime juice, and ice

Champagne Mojito

Ingredients:
3 oz champagne (a little less than half of the flute)
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 & 1/2 oz light rum
1 oz simple syrup
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
1 sprig mint for garnish
Directions:
-Muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker
-Add rum, lime juice, and ice
-Shake vigorously and strain into the glass
-Top with champagne and serve with the mint sprig

3/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz gin
3/4 tsp finely grated fresh ginger

-Combine the gin, ginger, simple syrup, and ice in a cocktail shaker
-Shake vigorously and strain into the glass
-Top with champagne
-Serve with candied ginger

Ingredients:
5 oz. rosé champagne (a little more than half the flute)
1/4 cup frozen peaches, thawed
1 tbsp sugar
Directions:
-Muddle the peaches and sugar in a cocktail shaker
-Pour into the glass and top with champagne

Bubbles & Smoke
*Best served in a coupe glass
Ingredients:
3 oz champagne (about 1/3 of the glass)
1/2 oz agave
1 oz mezcal
1 oz fresh lime juice (plus more for dipping)
Course salt
A lime wedge
Directions:
-Dip the rim of the glass in lime juice, them dip in salt
-Combine the mezcal, agave, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker
-Shake vigorously and strain into the glass
-Top with champagne and serve with the lime wedge
