Virtual Private Parties - How It Works

How To Book

Request more information or an event date by clicking on any "Plan and Event" button and we'll contact you back ASAP (no later than 1 business day).

Deposits

A deposit of $100 holds the date and time for your virtual private party. Your guests can order their paint kits by registering for the class OR if the organizer is purchasing all of the kits for their guests, payment can be made as soon as you finalize headcount.

As long as the minimum number of guests has been met, the deposit will be refunded OR it can be applied toward the overall cost of the event.

All of our deposits are fully refundable if your party is cancelled at least 14 days before the event.

What's Included

All supplies and two hours with our artist are included in the price of the event. Shipping and delivery services are available for an additional charge.

Private Party Room

Your home or office becomes your own personal private party room! Invite your guests to join the party at your location or theirs. All you need is an internet connected device.

Art Supplies

We provide 16x20 inch canvas, paint, brushes, disposable apron, mixing palette, paper towel and a picture of the finished painting. You will need something to cover your painting surface (garbage bag works great), scissors (to cut open the paint pouches) and a water cup (if the kit was shipped).

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are talented artists themselves and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace. The virtual event is completely interactive - you can ask the artist questions throughout the event.

Food And Drinks

You can purchase wine or beer for carryout from our studio. We are unable to ship or deliver alcohol.

Event Details

We prepare paint kits for pickup, delivery or shipping approximately 2 weeks prior to your virtual party.

Painting Selection

We ask that you provide your top three desired paintings. Our artist will narrow to the featured painting based on complexity and size of group. Our goal is to select the best painting for your virtual experience.

You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least two weeks before your event date so we can prepare the paint supply kits.
