How It Works

How To Book

Private events are booked by placing a refundable deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio).


Your deposit is refunded the first business day after the event assuming the minimum number of guests complete their payment and your group arrives for an on-time start. If the minimum payment is not met OR your group arrives late, the difference will be taken from your deposit.

If total payments, including the deposit, are not adequate to cover the minimum number of guests, an additional payment from the organizer will be required to do so.

We understand that plans do sometimes need to change and so we take the risk out of reserving your date! Your deposit is 100% refundable when canceled or rescheduled with at least 14 business days' notice.

What's Included

We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide you with all the supplies needed for a party, including our helpful artist(s) to host and guide your guests every step throughout the event. We are also happy to recommend nearby restaurants or caterers that have worked well for other groups in our studio.

Private Party Room

In-studio parties for up to 24 guests are held in our Arch City private celebration room where your group will have an entire room to themselves. Parties with 24+ guests are welcome to use our main studio when it's not being used for public events. The main studio can accommodate up to 48 guests.

Art Supplies

Canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, aprons and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated area to keep purses and coats.

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.

Ice, Ice Buckets, Water

Our studio has a full bar where you can purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic options from our bar include wine, beer and limited spirits. Non-alcoholic options include soda, sparkling water, and non alcoholic mixed drinks.


We provide real glassware (stemmed and stemless) for our guests to enjoy all drinks purchased from our bar.


We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you. Or, you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event and we'll tailor a playlist to your needs. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.

Food And Drinks

Our liquor license does not allow outside beverages to be brought into our studio. You can bring in any food you like and we will provide plates, napkins and plasticware. We are also happy to recommend local restaurants/catering services that have worked well for other groups in our studio.

Event Details

Unless you've worked out other arrangements with us, doors will open 30 minutes before painting starts. This gives guests time to arrive, settle in and socialize, and gives the host time to set up food or other items for the party.

Painting Selection

We ask that you select your favorite 3 paintings and allow our artist to narrow to the final selection. If you absolutely fall in love with a painting, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least two weeks before your event date.
