Private In-Studio Parties!
We can't wait to host your party!
We can accommodate up to 40 guests in our studio.
Private Parties require a $250 deposit to hold your spot and there is a 6 guest minimum. Once the party occurs, the deposit is fully refunded. When your date and time has been approved by Studio Management, you will receive an email with a link to pay the deposit online. Of course, you are always welcome to call the studio to pay the deposit.
Here is our pricing. Pricing does not include gratuity.
2-hour paintings*:
1. 6 guest minimum - $52 per guest
2. 9 guest minimum - $48 per guest
3. 12+ guest minimum - $45 per guest
3-hour paintings*:
1. 6 guest minimum - $62 per guest
2. 9 guest minimum - $58 per guest
3. 12+ guest minimum - $55 per guest
* 12 guest minimum on Friday nights and any time Saturday
Additionally, there is a 30-minute window before and after your painting time. This timing allows extra time for you to have fun with your guests. Example: If we set a party from 7-9, that means we will start painting promptly at 7:00 and finish by 9:00. You should have your guests arrive any time after 6:30. If you want extra time to Paint, Drink and Have Fun, additional time can be purchased at $75 per 30 minutes.
The great thing about a private party is that the party host can choose the painting they want to paint. We have over 5000 paintings in our master library to choose from.
Once we find a date that works & the deposit is paid, we ask you to send us your top three choices for the featured painting for your party. We try to get you your #1 choice, but it helps to have a little flexibility in scheduling the artist. We prefer to finalize your painting choice no later than two weeks prior to your event. If any extra time is required past the designated party window or the final guest count given the day prior to the party does not match the number of guests that have paid at the time of the event, the deposit will be applied to the extra time ($75 per 30 minutes) and/or guests. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded the following day.
We are a bar studio (ages 21 and over only) and our bar menu offers a variety of wine, beer and soft drinks. Bar Menu: https://www....ning/bar-menu If you bring outside wine, we have a $25 bottle fee, but you can bring whatever non-alcoholic beverages you would like. However, hard alcohol is against the law in our location per our license type. You can also bring whatever snacks or catered food you want to enjoy during your party. For your convenience, we have a buffet space, paper plates, silverware and napkins in the studio. We also have a list of local vendors that we've worked with before if you would like some ideas, otherwise you are free to use whomever you wish.
Cancellation Policy and Payment: While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our party cancellation policy is in place to protect the professional artists who are booked specifically for your party. For this reason, we require a minimum of 14 days' notice of cancellation before your party date to grant a deposit refund or rescheduled date (dates can be rescheduled up to 6 months from original date, otherwise the deposit is forfeit). Additionally, we require final guest count and payment 24 hours before the party (we will set up a web page for you or your guests to pay for the reservations). Up to 5 guests can be added and paid for at the event itself, but we will not give refunds or adjust prices for anyone who doesn't show up.
