Pinot's Palette is Howard County's premiere paint and sip venue. We're OPEN and currently offering In-Studio Parties, Virtual Live Streaming, On-Demand, and Private Parties! We provide everything you need for a great time. We have an upscale studio that can hold up to 46 painters (during this time we are only allowing up to 16 painters in - studio). A virtual party can host up to 400 people!! You come to us to bring your group together, where everybody can create a masterpiece and memories. We also have a full bar so you can enjoy libations while you paint. Pinot's Palette is truly the place to Paint. Drink. Have Fun.
Our studio is cleaned and sanitized after each event including tables, chairs, restrooms, brushes and water cups. We offer complimentary masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer for any guest who feels they may need them. We also offer disposable aprons.
If you sign up for a virtual event or order a take home kit, your supplies will be available at the studio within 24 hours from when you ordered them. The studio is open Tues - Wed - Fri from 2 - 6 pm for pick -up and Thurs. 2 -8 pm for pick - up. You can always request to pick up your supplies up at alternate times that fit your schedule by emailing us at ellicottcity@pintospalette.com. We are happy to get your supplies to you at your convenience.

For virtual events we recommend signing on 20 minutes prior to the start of the class. For In studio classes, we open our doors 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. We recommend arriving no later than 10 minutes prior to a class start time.
A full refund can only occur if more than 48 hours notice is provided prior to the start time of your class. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time of your class will be eligible for a class credit - no refunds will be provided. No refund or credit will be provided if a guest does not attend a class and does not provide advance notice.
Yes! Once you register for a class, we will have your easel reserved. If you have friends attending the class with you, please note this in your reservation and we will seat you all together. You may also send us an email with seating arrangement requests. Please provide at least 24 hours notice of seating arrangement requests.
No! We will help you discover your inner artist. :-) Our talented artists will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure you stay on track to completing your very own masterpiece. There are no mistakes at Pinot's Palette...only happy accidents.
Masks are required to all iin-studio events, other than that, there is no dress code here....except shirt, shoes and a positive attitude! We will provide you with a smock while you paint. On occasion, our guests have taken home paint on their clothes as a souvenir. We use acrylic paints and they do become permanent on clothing if not caught and cleaned quickly.
Kind of - Because our evening classes are slated for adults, and feature access to our bar for patrons 21+, we suggest that attendees are 18 or older. Younger painters, 14 and up, may attend but must be with an adult. Family Day Public Classes and Little Brushes Events provide age requirements per event.
Adult Public Classes are $42/painter for a 2 hour painting ; Family Days and Kids Public Classes are $32-38/painter, Open Studio Days are $25/painter *Please note this price does NOT include beverages purchased from our bar.
Classes can be held any day of the week! In general, we will have adult public classes on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings. View our Event Calendar for all of our classes.
