We’re doing the same here at Pinot’s Palette – Ellicott City. We love our customers — so we wanted to share how we’re thinking about this, as well as measures we’re taking to ensure things keep running smoothly. First, we want to reassure you of our efforts to keep your health and our studio safety at Pinot’s Palette – Ellicott City a top priority. We recognize that it is extremely important to protect our customers, painters and team members. We are approaching this with openness and awareness and are monitoring very closely as the situation evolves and changes. Please be aware of the following: We have always prided ourselves for our overall superb cleanliness in the studio and have always used antibacterial/antiviral cleaners and disinfectants in our daily cleaning measures. To increase the effectiveness, we have expanded our disinfection practices in all areas of the studio. Additionally, our studio is equipped with antibacterial soap, disposable towels and hand sanitizers which are placed throughout the studio. As a staff, we are all practicing personal precautions that the CDC had recommended. We encourage everyone to take practical steps to minimize potential exposure, in much the same way you would do during flu season. The CDC recommends the following additional steps: • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent alcohol if soap and water are not available. • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands. • Avoid close contact with people who are sick. • Stay home when you are sick. • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces Regarding your parties, our top priority is your health and the health of our team. We have asked any team member who is ill, to please stay home. If you are feeling ill or your party goers are not well, we ask that you use caution, stay home and rest and reschedule your party. We will gladly work with you to figure out the best course of action for your party. For now, we are not cancelling our small public gatherings, but we are cleaning, disinfecting and ensuring that we practice the utmost care for our painters.
