Virtual Private Parties - How It Works

How To Book

Request an event date by clicking the "Plan A Party" button and we will contact you back ASAP (no later than 1 business day) to confirm your date and collect your deposit. Or you can call us at the studio M-F 10am-4pm at 405-602-3850 to make arrangements over the phone.

Deposits

A deposit of $250 holds the date for your virtual private party. Your guests can order their Paint Kits by registering for the class or, if the organizer is purchasing all of the Paint Kits for their guests, payment for the Paint Kits can be made as soon as your final headcount has been determined.

As long as the minimum number of 15 painting guests has been met, the deposit will be refunded back to you after the event or can be applied to the overall cost of the party when the Paint Kits are ordered.

If the deposit is not adequate to cover the minimum number of 15 painters, an additional payment from the organizer will be required to do so. All of our deposits are 100% refundable if your party is cancelled at least 14 business days prior to the event.

What's Included

We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide you with all of the painting supplies needed for your party, including a professional artist to guide your guests step-by-step through the painting.

Private Party Room

Your home or office becomes your own personal private party room! Invite your guests to join the party at your location or theirs. All you need is an Internet connected device.

Art Supplies

Each Paints Kit contains: 16x20 high quality canvas, paint, brushes, plastic sheet to protect painting surface or clothing, paper plate “paint palette”, paper towel and a printed image of the painting.

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Even in a virtual setting, everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.

Food And Drinks

Our liquor license doesn't allow us to provide beverages outside of our physical studios, so food and beverages are entirely up to you but, whatever you choose, be sure to drink responsibly.

Event Details

We will communicate with you as to when you'd like to pick-up your Paint Kits. These kits are made to order.

Painting Selection

Please provide your top three (5) desired paintings. We'll always try to make sure you get your first choice; but due to occasional scheduling conflicts or materials shortages, it's advisable to have backup options.

You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least two weeks before your event date.
