COVID-19: Precautions & Guidelines
• Face masks are required while moving around the studio and receiving assistance from staff on a painting. We highly encourage and appreciate it if guests would wear their masks throughout the duration of the event, however, it is no longer required while being seated, and not receiving assistance from staff. • We have limited our class sizes to 50% capacity. Only 24 guests + staff are currently permitted for each event. Guests are spaced out throughout our painting tables to ensure social distancing. • We are providing disposable aprons for all guests to wear during the event. We also have disposable masks, and gloves available for guests as well. • We have installed sanitation stations in the studio and we encourage all guests to sanitize and wash hands often. • We are deep cleaning the studio after each event, by sanitizing and disinfecting all surfaces and supplies including, but not limited to - paint brushes, glassware, easels, tables, chairs, bathrooms, door handles, and floors. • We have installed plexiglass at the bar and ask that all orders and transactions take place behind the plexiglass. • Bartender will be washing their hands in-between each transaction/interaction with guests. • We ask that all guests sanitize upon arrival and practice social distancing throughout the event and respect others’ space. • For those that want to stay creative, but in the comfort of their home, we are offering Take Home Paint Kits. Feel free to check out our Paint Kit options through our online SHOP.
Can I bring my own cocktails/alcohol to class?
Unfortunately, Oklahoma state laws do not allow BYOB into a business establishment. Our studio has a great bar with a fun wine and beer selection you may purchase from at the studio. Wine may be purchased by the glass only. Must be at least 21 to drink & provide ID. We also offer some non-alcoholic beverages as well.
What is the cancellation policy?
While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start time. You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another class. The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start time. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start time. This cancellation policy applies to parties of 2 or less. For cancellation of a party of 3 or more, a minimum of one week's notice is required for a refund or to reschedule. Project Pet - A full refund can occur if notification is given 14 business days before the day of the class. The reason for this is because we photoshop each pet & have them individually custom printed onto each canvas. Project Pet - a class credit can be given to use on the next project pet class if notification is given at least 48 hours in advance.
Is there an age limit for public classes?
Yes, we are a wine and beer art entertainment studio. For Regular Public Classes 13 to 17 years of age may attend with an adult, all attendees must have a paid seat. We do schedule ‘Family Days’, where all-ages are welcome to attend.
Where are you located and where do I park?
Please allow extra time for parking in Bricktown. We recommend arriving 30-40 minutes before the class starts. We are located on the Bricktown canal (canal level) just west of the Bricktown Ballpark. We are in-between Mickey Mantle Drive and Oklahoma Ave, in the Miller Jackson building, and next door to Put A Cork In It Winery. We do not have our own parking lot, but there are many lots and street parking between Sheridan, Mickey Mantle Dr. & Oklahoma Ave. where you can pay to park.

We provide all your art supplies- canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and apron for the class. We also have a wine and beer bar where you can purchase your beverages. For a regular 2 hour painting class the price per person is $35. For a 3 hour painting class the price per person is $45. We also offer different specialty classes, where the price may vary.

We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before class starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle before the painting starts. Please keep in mind that parking in Bricktown on prime nights can sometimes be tricky, so please plan accordingly.
Is there reserved seating?
Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (please make sure to give us at least 24 hours’ notice.) For front row/priority seating requests, join our Pinot Perks rewards program to qualify for priority seating.
I don’t have any artistic talent? Will I be able to complete the painting?
Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. We use acrylic paint which dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix.
When does the next calendar get posted?
We keep at least 2 months of events published at a time. The newest calendar will always be released by the 15th of every month.
What should I wear to the class?
No dress code here...dress casual or dress up. We will provide you with an apron but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art. If you get paint on your clothing, as long as the paint is still wet, we have a pretty high success rate of getting the paint out. However, if the paint dries on your clothing you will have a Pinot's Palette memory forever.
