Paint Your Pet!!
Join us for one of our most unique classes 'Project Pet'! In this class you get to paint a portrait of your own pet!! Saturday, June 15th from 7-10pm.
The process is so simple for our Project Pet class, enroll yourselves by either going to our website or giving us a call, and then we'll send you our recommendations for how to take the perfect picture of your pet! Once you've captured the picture that you would like to spend your paint party working on just send it our way and we'll take care of the rest! We will go through a process of photoshopping the background out of your picture and will turn your pet into a black and white image to have printed out on our canvases. We will also print out a 4x6" color image of the photograph that you submit so that during class you can reference the colors of your pet. Once you arrive at the studio for your Project Pet Paint Party, we will have all of your supplies ready to go! You'll work with the artists to pick out a style for your background; they are happy to help you try and select a color that will match your home decor style. Once you have completed the painting's background our instructor will begin the demonstration of how to work on your pets. At this point in the paint party, our assistants will be walking around to give one-on-one advice for your specific painting. I think the only other thing that I forgot to mention is the wine, never forget the wine!
YOUR PET PHOTO IS ACTUALLY PRINTED ONTO THE CANVAS!**Deadline to sign up for class and submit your approved pet photo is: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5TH by 3pm. Email your HIGH-QUALITY pet photo to bricktownOK@pinotspalette.com
(DISCOUNTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS CLASS)
TIPS FOR PHOTO SUBMISSIONS:
• 1 pet per person / per photo
• Highest resolution possible/ large file size (camera phones do not always have the best resolution)
• Pet is clear and in the foreground with no furniture, objects, grass, etc. blocking any body parts
• Pet is centered in the photo either FULL BODY or HEAD SHOT, with no cropped off edges
• Our best advice is to take a photo of your pet with the best camera you have, outside during the day, under a shaded area (like your front porch, back patio, or inside near a window). **Remember, the BETTER your photo is, the easier the painting process will be.
