Yoga, Paint and Sip
That’s correct, you heard us right. We are doing a yoga paint and sip event! Bring your mat and come in yoga or comfortable clothes.The first 55 minutes will be a vinyasa yoga class, taught by the qualified yoga instructor Donna. Vinyasa means connecting movement with breath. We'll be focusing on alignment, breathing and a soft flow through poses. After you become relaxed and centered we’ll be painting “Little Wishes” on a 10x10 canvas for the next hour. You’ll definitely deserve that glass of wine! Join us Wednesday November 29 at 4pm for this special event. Space is limited.
