Cancellation & Rescheduling PolicyWe understand that plans sometimes change! Please review our policy before booking.
All reservations are non-refundable. By completing your booking, you agree to the terms below.
Rescheduling
If you cannot attend your class, you may reschedule or receive a class credit if we are notified at least 8 hours before the class start time. Credits are valid for 60 days from the original class date.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 8 hours before class, late arrivals, and no-shows are not eligible for credit or transfer.
Transferring Your Seat
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a friend in your place.
Class Minimums
Some classes require a minimum number of guests. If a class has fewer than 4 guests registered 5 hours before the event, it may be canceled. In this case, guests will receive a class credit valid for 60 days.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the rare event a class must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, safety concerns, etc.), guests will receive a class credit for a future class.
