ADVANCED RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDED: To guarantee your seat and honor any special seating requests, please reserve your spot in advance. Payment is due at the time of reservation and can be made online. We do accept walk-ins within 30 minutes of posted class start time.
⚠️CLASS MINIMUM: If a public class does not meet the minimum of 3 painters at least 24 hours prior to each event, we reserve the right to cancel a class. In this instance, you will be notified by email or phone and we will issue you a studio credit valid for 60 days or reschedule you into an upcoming class on our current calendar. Refunds will not be issued. No exceptions!
⚠️MUST BE 18 OR OLDER. Guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A paid reservation and active painting participation is required to be in the studio during all adult events.
▪️Drinks are not included in the event price.
▪️A valid ID is required to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
⚠️NO OUTSIDE DRINKS of any kind (including non-alcoholic) will be permitted. However, you are welcome to bring your own food or snacks to enjoy during class. Drinks are not included in your seat price and are available for purchase at our bar, which features wine, beer, cocktails, mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages.
⚠️LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Class starts promptly at the designated scheduled time.
▪️Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late are still welcome to paint but may need to catch up on their own.
▪️Depending on the number of reservations in class, there may be a Floor Artist to assist you.
▪️Please allow an extra 30 minutes after class for finishing touches and photos.
❗❗ALL SALES ARE FINAL❗❗Cancellation Policy (based on class start time): We understand that plans change! However, please note the following:
⚠️Due to the custom nature of our classes, No Refunds will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, your payment will be turned into a studio credit that can ONLY be used for a future class within 30 days. Please email us at SpringHillFL@PinotsPalette.com to cancel.
▪️Cancellations with 24 hours' notice or Day of the event can be rescheduled to another class; class transfer information must be provided at time of notification.
▪️Reschedules may also incur a $5 per-seat rebooking fee to cover lost supply costs.
▪️Only one reschedule/transfer per reservation.
▪️No-call / no-show reservations will be forfeited.
▪️Seats are transferable, but please notify us of any name changes before the event so we can update our guest list.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
The studio is located at Western Way Shopping Center, 13009 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34613. The shopping center has ample parking in the lot.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
The studio is open Wednesday - Friday 5pm-10pm, Saturday 10am-10pm, Sunday 10am-7pm. Open times may vary depending on painting duration or if we are holding a private party. Please check our Event Calendar for more information.

I DON'T HAVE ANY ARTISTIC TALENT; WILL I BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE PAINTING?
Absolutely! No art experience is needed! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. We use acrylic paint which dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO THE EVENT?
We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and an apron for the class. We have a bar where you can purchase beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages. There will also be bar snacks available for purchase.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
Pinot’s Palette – Spring Hill does not allow outside beverages of any sort in order to comply with State liquor license laws and mitigate liability of the establishment. We have a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as snacks, available for purchase at the bar. You must be 21 or older with valid ID to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. You can bring light snacks and finger foods with you to class.
