Fundraiser for Community Crisis Center
This is a VIRTUAL or IN STUDIO EVENT - you have the option to paint this virtually OR you can choose to paint it live in our studio. Please indicate in your seating notes if you would like to paint this virtually or if you would like to come our studio for the live event..
NOTE: If you do want to come to the live event, please keep in mind that we have social distancing guidelines in place, so our in studio seating is limited and you would want to put in your seating notes if there is anyone that you are comfortable sitting with or if would prefer your own table.
You can arrive anytime between 5:30 - 6:00 PM if "IN STUDIO" is your option of choice.
If you are participating virtually, please indicate that as well and you will come to our studio to pick up your supplies beforehand.
We will also be sending a link to everyone that is choosing the virtual event option, so you must provide your email address.
The virtual class will officially begin at 6pm on September 24th, but if that does not work for you, that is okay. The virtual link will be available through September 29th, so please feel free to log in anytime between 6pm on September 24th - September 29th.
For virtual kit supplies, our hours for pick up are Wednesday - Saturday between the hours of 1-5pm.

What is your age policy?
We are an all ages art entertainment studio and our evening classes are geared towards adults. We do have kid’s specific classes for children, teen only events and family classes available. All Adult public events are ages 18+. Any guest under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All guests must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or consume alcohol.

How do I sign up for a class?
Its as easy as clicking on "Find A Location" at the top of the screen, select your location, and click the "View Full Calendar" link. This will display the calendar for that location. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add To Cart" Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.

What Is your cancellation policy?
Due to the custom nature of all our classes, no refunds will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice your payment will be turned into a credit that can be used for a future class within 60 days. If you no-show, or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. Seats are transferable, but please notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change.

Can I bring my own alcoholic beverage?
No. South Barrington does not allow BYOB. But we do have a well stocked bar at our studio.
