Design Your Own Charcuterie Board

Join our exciting collaboration with Veronica LePinske, founder of A Cook’s Canvas. Veronica is a personal chef, recipe developer, and food photographer with over 13 years of experience in professional cooking for tableware/cookware clients and Chicago restaurants. Veronica will lead this hands-on class. You will learn the art of making charcuterie boards that are visually appealing as well as the science behind blending the flavors of salty, sweet and savory. Each guest will create a charcuterie platter to take home that will feed 3 to 4 people. All food will come individually packaged. Boards will be created on plastic trays with lids for easy transport. And food safe disposable gloves will be provided.
