Summer Fun For The Whole Family!
Get Creative!
Get in touch with your inner artist and do so with the whole family! While we’re ALWAYS a fan of painting classes with Pinot's Palette, at the studio or from home, there are many other ways to get creative too! Check out sites like 'Pinterest' where you can find lots of family craft ideas for you and the kids to enjoy this Summer! (We have a really fun Pinterest page too!)
***** Family Day Classes IN THE STUDIO *****
We often host ‘Family Day’ classes over the weekend, all year long, for ages 5 and up!
You can bring the kiddos in to create a masterpiece while you make one too!
How fun will it be to see all of the creativity that your little ones put into their works of art, and then seeing the final product at the end of class? That’s the best!
Take the whole family’s paintings home to display together and always remember the fun you had while creating them.
These are sure to be something you will treasure forever. (for an added touch, make sure to have them sign the back with the date so that you can see how their handwriting and painting style changes over time).
((*Each person will need their own reservation, including adults. Minors will need an adult to stay, and they too must have their own reservation.))

***** PAINT FROM HOME *****
At the start of the pandemic, we had to find a way to give our customers the ability to paint from anywhere, so we started virtual classes and paint from home kits; It turns out, they were a HUGE HIT! Now, over 2 years later, we are still offering them and they’re still very popular. While you aren’t getting the in-person experience that our studio classes offer, you DO get the convenience of painting anyTHING you want, anyTIME you want, from anyWHERE you want! And convenience like that is greatly utilized in our ever-busy world.
Whether you’re looking for something fun to do during the long Summer days, or wanting to have some options for vacations or other travel during the summer, out on-the-go paint kits are for you!

***** MORE Fun Ideas For Summer Family Time *****
Host a backyard Olympics.
Make it fun by creating different events like kickball, relay races, or a push-up competition. Top it off by handing out medals at the closing ceremony.
Go stargazing.
Let the kids stay up a little later and lay out under the night sky. Bring a constellation map and have them point out different star patterns like the little dipper, big dipper, or have them create their own. Bonus points if you catch a shooting star and make a wish.
Have an outdoor movie night.
Hang up an old sheet and use a projector to enjoy a family movie in the backyard. No movie night is complete without snacks!

Rent an RV and take a family road trip.
Ready to make some amazing family road trip memories this summer? An RV is the way to do it. You can rent one on Outdoorsy (think of it as an Airbnb but for RV rentals) in just about any size or style you can imagine. The best part: Many RV hosts will throw in all the camping gear your family could ever need and, for an additional fee, will even dispose of the waste after you drop it off at the end of your trip making it easy for first-timers.
DIY at home popsicles.
The best part about making your own popsicles is that you can use what’s in your fridge. Let the kids pick the flavor, whether it be orange, apple, or even pickle juice. Use fun molds to create fun treats to cool down in the summer heat.

Go on a family hike.
Whether it’s a local trail or a day drive to a state park, this idea is a great opportunity to for an all-day family adventure. Be sure to pack plenty of water, snacks, and sunscreen. Let the kids make sandwiches beforehand to enjoy during a scenic stop on the hike.
