All About Our Private Parties!
With a private painting party, you get to call the shots! That's right...
You pick the date, time, painting, guest list, playlist, food and drinks, and everything else for your event! You are in charge of how it goes, and we are here to help!

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
**Booking Your Event:
You can contact us via email: Olathe@pinotspalette.com to secure a date and time for your party. If it’s a Paint at Home party, also email us to secure a pickup date and time for the kits. We also can ship kits which is perfect for out-of-town guests.
** Deposits
(In studio):
Deposits are refunded the first business day after the event, if the minimum headcount was met. If the minimum headcount wasn't met, empty seats up to the minimum are deducted from the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will then be refunded, as applicable.
A host or hostess may also elect to apply the deposit, partially or in full, to other party charges or individual seats, or merchandise.
A private party may be canceled with deposit refunded, or rescheduled with full deposit applied, with at least 14 business days' notice (Monday through Friday) before the originally scheduled event date.
(Virtual):
With our private virtual events, we collect payment for all the kits prior to pickup. We also can ship kits should you want to get them to those out of town guests.
We do not collect any deposits for our private virtual events, and there are no minimums or maximums, but kits are paid for prior to pickup.
((While we do not collect a deposit prior to a private virtual event, we do collect the payment of the kits ordered prior to pickup.))
** What's Included
We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide you with all the supplies needed for a party, including our helpful artist(s) to host and guide your guests through the event.

PRIVATE PARTY ROOM
In-studio parties will have an entire room to themselves, with plenty of space for all guests and plenty of counterspace for goodies.
ART SUPPLIES
Canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, and paper towels. We also recommend clothes that you can get paint on, it does stain!
PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTION
(In-Person): Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.
(Virtual): Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace. Or feel free to pause, rewind or stop our link to move at whatever pace works for your group if you’re watching.
ICE, ICE BUCKETS, WATER
Our studio is equipped with ice and ice buckets to make it easier to keep drinks and food at the right temperature. Water is available for all guests. You'll also have counterspace for food or gifts.
GLASSWARE
We provide real glassware (stemmed and stemless) for all guests. No need to go out and buy disposable cups!
MUSIC
We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you. Or, you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event and we'll tailor a playlist to your needs. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.
FOOD AND DRINKS
Feel free to bring in any drinks (*alcoholic or none) and/or appetizers you might want to enjoy! Remember that we'll provide the wine glasses, corkscrews, ice & ice buckets, paper plates, napkins, and plastic ware.
** Painting Selection
We will have a list of virtual painting options for you to pick from! Just email us for more info at Olathe@pinotspalette.com.
You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed prior to any kits being made.
For our in-person parties our painting library is huge! If you need assistance choosing the right painting for your group, just get in touch with us. We've hosted quite a few events and can help you narrow it down.

Kids’ Parties
Little Brushes paint parties in Olathe are tons of fun for kids, and easy breezy for parents. We plan the activities, and take care of setup and cleanup for you. Art supplies are ready and waiting when you arrive – including aprons to help protect clothing. All you need to bring are the kids and the food. (We even provide plates and utensils.)
Kids don't need any artistic skills to have fun and paint at Pinot's Palette. Experienced instructors guide them step by step through the painting, based on the ages and skill levels of the group. The painting process is closely guided and well-structured, while giving kids the wiggle room they need to be kids.
We love letting them express their creativity! Kids can change colors, patterns or other details to make the painting their own. And of course, everyone goes home with the coolest party favor ever: their very own masterpiece to remind them of all the fun they had.

Virtual Events
In 2020, our virtual options became necessary. Everything from classes to private events were able to be taught over the computer so people could paint anywhere, anytime! We have maintained the popular ‘Virtual Private Parties’ since then and have had great sucess with them! The great thing is that youre able to paint from the location that best works for you and your family, friends, or work crew! All of the same aspects of the private parties go along with these online events… Pick the date, time,and painting for your party, and let us help with the rest!

Mobile Paint Parties
Mobile painting parties are fun, energetic and memorable experiences that your friends, family or team won't be able to stop talking about. Absolutely NO art experience is needed.
