We’ve partnered with InFitKC for a really fabulous event you’re going to LOVE!
--- *-*-*-* Painting AND Yoga!!! *-*-*-*---
Pinot’s Palette will walk you through a painting as usual, and then you’ll be taken through a step-by-step yoga session to further-relax you.
You can see the painting of the lotus flower that we will be creating, above, and this will take an hour to complete.
Join us on a tranquil journey as we paint this lovely Zen painting that is easy to paint & will look good with any type of home decor.
We will have one hour of painting and one hour of yoga.
Grab your yoga mat and your bffs and join us for two relaxing activities where you can let go of the hecticness of life and concentrate on YOU! Make some time for yourself (You deserve it!) and the best part is that you’ll be doing two relaxing and mindful things for yourself.

Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.

Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.

Building strength doesn't have to be done solely through gym workouts or strength training sessions. In fact, using your own body weight as resistance is a form of resistance training and can be a great (and free) way to build strength across your entire body.

We get it. It’s hard not to feel more than slightly wired (read: stressed out) with emails and social updates erupting out of your inbox. That’s where yoga comes in. Art reaches across racial stereotypes, religious barriers, and socio-economical levels and prejudices. Seeing other culture’s creative expression allows everyone to be more connected and less isolated.

Is the creative part of your brain underfed? If you work in a highly analytical environment, then an art class is an excellent way to give your brain’s right side a rest and stretch the left side.

*** Haven’t been to our studio before?
We are a BYO studio but provide all the glassware, ice, plates, napkins, silverware, corkscrews and water. Everyone coming into the studio needs a reservation, non-painters are not allowed in due to seating capacity. Our public classes have the following age requirements: 10 to 17 years old with a painting adult and their own reservation, or 18 years old and up.
