Olathe Public Library Teen Program

This past Friday we had the opportunity to meet several teens that participate in the Teen Program at the Library. Never have I met such a creative and focused group of teenagers before! They all did amazing and added their own little touches to their paintings. But what was even better was if they had a 'happy little accident,' they just rolled with it and worked it into their painting. Most adults won't even do that! Oh, and the best part, we got to finger paint a little with this one. Do you know what their response was to that? Nothing! They stuck their creative fingers right into that paint and rolled with it. If it was a group of adults, we honestly would've gone straight to a brush and skipped the fingers. So thank you guys, we truly enjoyed ourselves!
