New Years Resolutions
Over the next couple of days, a common topic of discussion will be everyone's New Years Resolutions. Have you thought about yours? Most people will inevitably pick to lose weight, get healthy, drink more water, exercise more, etc. These are always the most common and most failed choices. These have also been my failed resolutions in years past. So after many failed attempts, I have decided to change that. Why not actually pick something attainable? Why not pick something fun? I'm not saying that losing weight is not a good goal, I'm just saying you don't need it to be a new year to do it. This year, why not make it a point to have dinner as a family three nights a week. Or maybe read 2 books a month. Or perhaps have a Girls Night Out once a month. Whatever you decide, it's ok to focus on mental health, or making it a point to see friends and loved ones more. Here's to a healthy and HAPPY New Years Eve and 2020!
