A private party with Pinot’s Palette is a wonderful way to celebrate the holiday season, create art, and share special moments with loved ones.
1. Choose a Date and Time
Select a date and time for your holiday party. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get the date that works best. Consider the schedules of your friends and family to ensure as many guests as possible can attend. Weekend evenings or Sunday afternoons often work well.

3. Choose The Painting
We have such a HUGE selection of paintings in our library! Once you reach out to book the event, you'll work with us to choose a winter or Christmas-themed painting (**or ANY of them that suits your group's interests). No need to worry about skill-level and difficulty, as all of our paintings are meant for ANYONE to be able to do, step-by-step with our team!

4. Plan the Drinks
Decide on the types of wine and beverages you'll want to have for your guests and how you want to work the payments. You can choose certain things we have at the bar or allow everything to be purchased, and decide whether you want to pick up the tab, give out drink tickets, or let everyone pay for their own!
5. Plan The Food
There's nothing that says you have to have food, but, really, what's a party without some snacks? Many of our customers choose to have the event catered. Let us know if you're interested in this and we can offer some ideas for local places that are great!
OR plan to have everyone bring something. Plan a menu of appetizers, snacks, or finger foods to complement the wine. Consider including a charcuterie board, cheese platter, and holiday-themed treats.
6. Arrive Early and Set Up
Arrive at the studio early to set up and ensure everything is in place. Coordinate with the staff if you're having food, decorations, or anything else that needs to be set up ahead of time.
7. Sip, Paint, and Socialize
Your guests will have a great time engaging in conversation, making art, listening to music, and enjoying food and drinks.Painting and sipping together is a fantastic way to bond and celebrate the holiday season.
8. Celebrate and Create Memories
After the painting session is complete, your guests will have their own unique artworks to take home as mementos of the event. Celebrate the creativity and joy of the holiday season together and remember to take pictures! *Note: We always make sure to take some photos throughout the event, but you can task someone with taking the photos and videos for the event! Share them with one another to always remember the fun you had!
