Food and Beverage Information
We welcome guests (21+) to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. We have a bar where guests may purchase beer, wine, and spirits. Naperville laws do not allow BYOB. We also offer soft drinks, and offer complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea . Please call the studio at 331-457-5440 if you have additional quesiton. See our menu here:

What safety measures do you have in place?
We have added safety measures to ensure compliance with all Phase Four Guidelines from the State of Illinois and we are ready for some good clean fun! The class sizes are limited and we will seat groups six feet apart. We also have purchased a Carrier OptiClean™ Dual-Mode Air Scrubber & Negative Air Machine to purify and filter the air in the studio. We have hand sanitizing stations, guests are required to wear masks when they enter. You are able to take your mask down to drink or eat something.
How do I get my supplies for virtual painting events?
If you sign up for a virtual event, your supplies will be available at the studio the day of your class from 1-6 p.m. If you have an early morning or afternoon class, your supplies will be available the day before. You can always request to pick they up at earlier times by emailing us at email@example.com. We are happy to get your supplies ready earlier.
Do you have sanitizing stations?
Yes, we have plenty of hand sanitizer and three sinks in the front room where you can wash your hands.
Do you require masks?
We ask that you wear a mask when you enter the studio and when you are up walking around. You are able to take your mask of at your seat. We have complimentary masks, if you forget to bring one. We are spacing groups six feet apart.
What are your studio hours?
The studio is open from 12-6 everyday. The phones are answered from 9 am to 6 pm M-F and when we are in the studio on the weekends. for business hours every day (except major holidays). The Studio is usually open from 12:00 p.m.. to 10:00 p.m with public classes almost every day. Check our Event Calendar for more information. Private parties can be held any day of the week 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.2
How do I sign up for a class?
Signing up is easy. Click the "Classes" link on the side of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add Painting to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.
What do I need to bring to class?
We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and apron for the class. We have a bar where you can purchase beer and wine or our special drink of the night. You are welcome to bring your own appetizers. There will be bar snacks available to purchase.
Is there an age limit for the normal public classes?
Yes, we are an art entertainment studio. We do have kid’s specific classes, but the normal public classes have the following requirements: 13 to 17 years old with an adult at our 3:00 pm, 4: 30 pm and 7:00 pm classes - Must be 21 to purchase alcohol. Check our calendar for kids classes where the age requirement is seven and up. We recommend five and up for our Open Studio Events.
What does a class cost?
Two Hours classes are $39 per painter. Three Hour classes are $45 per painter. Our wood board paintings are also $45 per painter.
I don’t have any artistic talent? Will I be able to complete the painting?
Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are no mistakes, but Acrylic paint dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix and perfect.
What days are public classes held?
We have classes almost everyday. Check out our class calendar to find out more!
Is there reserved seating?
Yes, we have your easel set up for you at your spot before you arrive for class. If you have friends attending the class that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book the class or you can send us an email (…just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice).
When do I need to arrive for class?
We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before class starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle before the painting starts.
When does the next calendar get posted?
We try to post the next month's calendar around the 15th of the month. If you'd like to receive an email each month when our new calendar is posted, be sure to add yourself to our email list

What should I wear to the class?
No dress code here...dress casual or dress up. We will provide you with an apron but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art.
What is the cancellation policy?
Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start. You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another class. The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start. Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start. This cancellation policy applies to parties of two or less. For cancellation of a party of three or more, a minimum of one week's notice is required for a refund or to reschedule.
