Host Your Next Fundraising Event With Pinot’s Palette!

In times of Social Distancing, we are offering both in-person options AND virtual painting options. Whatever you prefer right now, we can accommodate you! If you and your loved ones are looking for a night out, away from the house, come into the studio for painting class with limited seating. If you’re eager to do something new and fun while you’re stuck inside, join us for our virtual classes from the comfort of your own home!

We’ve been having a lot of success with this hybrid style of painting classes. We hope to see you and your friends painting with us soon, from near or far!

NOW, let’s talk about Fundraisers also known as our Painting It Forward events. As you may have already heard, it’s been increasingly difficult for charities and non-profits to raise money in the usual ways. From raffles and silent auctions to concerts, balls, dinners, and more, this is a time-honored tradition everyone loves to take part in as we do our part to raise money for a good cause.

Unfortunately, many large fundraising events have been canceled because of the virus, which greatly impacts donations to non-profits. It’s difficult for people to find other options that allow for social distancing and other guidelines when it comes to traditional fundraisers…
BUT, We Can Help!!! :)


*** How Does It Work? ***
In the same manner that we’re offering our in-studio (and virtual) classes, we’re ready to assist you with any fundraisers you may be looking to host!
As mentioned before, guests can paint in the studio and from home at the same time. The great thing is that the number of guests joining us virtually from home is unlimited.

The in-studio painting class would be open to the public, so anyone can join the class (or join the fun from home).
**There is always the option to make the event private; In this style of class, only those on your guest list would be able attend in the studio (and can also paint virtually, as well).
The link to the virtual classes are good for seven days after the live event. So, if someone couldn't join live, they still have a week to create their painting through the pre-recorded link.


--- Supplies ---
Your guests can pick up their kit at the studio or we can ship them. Let us know what works best for you and we’ll accommodate your needs.
*Ask about options for those who already have brushes and other paint supplies at home


--- Raising Money ---
On the day of the class, 18% of the revenue will be donated to your cause. We will donate revenue from the in-studio class, virtual sign-ups, and purchases made from our website for take-home kits and other merchandise. If you choose to add the online shop option, as well.

--- Raising Awareness ---
The more people we have painting, the more money raised for your cause.
We can also create social media posts for you to use if you would like. We’re happy to help you raise awareness about the event however we can. We do ask that in addition to our promotions, you promote the event, as well.
