We put the FUN back in FUNdraising by making it simple! You select the date and painting & we take care of the rest!

Pinot’s Palette in Logan Square is a paint and sip art studio where fundraising is fun, efficient and profitable! Our team manages all of the details, streamlining the planning, organization and event operations for the fundraising group and event coordinator. Choose a featured painting from our vast painting library, allow us to make a few recommendations or commission one of our local artists to create a custom painting. The paint party will be 2 or 3 hours in duration based on the painting selected. During the event, each of your guests will paint the featured painting on a 16X20 canvas while sipping on their favorite beverages from the bar. At the end of the night, each guest leaves with their painting masterpiece and we provide the group with a check.

Fundraising Potential of More Than $2,200 for minimal effort on your part!

Fundraising Made Easy! We:
• Create a custom e-mail invitation, including an image of the featured painting and an event link for reservations.
• Handle the set-up, all event operations & clean-up.
• Donate two gifts to raffle or include in a silent auction (a gift basket and a painting w/a gift certificate)
• Manage all reservations, collect & process all event fees and remit a check to group at the end of the night!

Additional Details:
• Full on-site cash bar for beverages;
• Events can booked 7 days a week, daytime or evening;
• Groups are welcome to bring or cater in food; Ask us about our restaurant & catering partners;
• Generous space available to accommodate a silent auction or additional raffle donation items;
• Min # of painters to hold event = 12; Max # of painters = 88; Maximum Total Guests = 100;
• Minimum donation by Pinot’s Palette = $200; Fundraising potential of greater than $2,200 for one night & little effort!
