Virtual Private Parties - How It Works

How To Book

Private events are booked by placing a refundable deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio).

Deposits

Deposits are applied to the final cost of the party. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Once we have the final count, we will call you to collect final payment or process your card on file just before kits are picked up or shipped out.

A private party may be canceled with deposit refunded with 2 weeks notice and kits have not been made, or rescheduled with deposit applied with in the next 30 days.

What's Included

We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide you with all the supplies needed for a party, including our helpful artist(s) to host and guide your guests through the event.

Private Party Room

Pick any private party room in your own home or other venue of your choice. Take you paint out of the refrigerator 1 hour before class. Set up your painting kit about 30 min before class. Log into Zoom through the link provided 15 min before class. Your instructor will be there waiting to greet you!

Art Supplies

Kits included: Canvas, paint, brushes, paper towel, mixing plate, water cup (not included in shipped kits) and disposable apron.

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.

Food And Drinks

We serve Livermore local wine! Add a bottle to your kit or one of our single serve wine drink options like Froze’ (frozen, sweet drink), Frosecco (frozen, lemon flavor), Ruby Hill Sparkling Wine 187 ml, Margarita (delicious, wine based)

Event Details

You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your kit at home and log in for the event.

Painting Selection

Please provide your top three (3) desired paintings. We'll always try to make sure you get your first choice; but we want to make sure we meet all of your goals for this virtual event!

You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least two weeks before your event date.
