Does Pinot's Palette Livermore offer private parties?

Is alcohol included in Pinot's Palette paint and sip event or can I bring my own?
We can't include alcohol with your class due to California liquor laws, but we've got you covered! 🍷 Enjoy a great selection of local Livermore wines, beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. What is the cancellation policy for a paint and sip event at Pinot's Palette Livermore?
We get it — plans can change! While all ticket sales are final, we’re happy to offer a store credit (valid for 60 days) if you cancel at least 48 hours before your event. To request a credit, just email us at livermoreca@pinotspalette.com. Please note, store credits can’t be extended past 60 days. If it’s less than 48 hours before class or you don’t show up, we’re unable to offer a credit. Tickets are transferable, so if you can’t make it, feel free to send a friend in your place — just let us know their name when you arrive. By reserving your seat, you agree to these terms. Thanks for understanding — we can’t wait to paint with you soon!
Where are you located?
We are located on South L Street between 1st and 2nd Street. Kiddie corner from the Donut Wheel, next to Livermore School of Dance. Parking is available on the street and in the our lot behind Pinot's Palette on 2nd St.
Is there reserved seating at paint and sip events?
Yes! 🎨 We offer reserved seating. Want to sit with friends? Just add their names in the seating request box at checkout, and we'll do the rest! Have questions? Email us at livermore@pinotspalette.com. Please note that seats can only be reserved once tickets are purchased.
How do I sign up for a paint and sip class at Pinot's Palette?

How much does it cost to paint at Pinot's Palette Livermore?

I have no artistic talent. Will I be able to complete the painting?
Absolutely! 🎨 No experience needed—our talented artists will guide you step-by-step to help you create a masterpiece you'll be proud of. We're here to help every brushstroke of the way, so come ready to relax, have fun, and get creative!
What should I wear to class?
No dress code—come as you are! 😊 Whether you're dressed up or keeping it casual, we'll provide an apron. Just keep in mind that creativity can get a little messy, so wear something you're comfortable painting in. Most importantly, bring your smile and get ready for a fun night out! 🎨✨
What do I bring to class?
Just bring your friends and your creative spirit! 🎨✨ We provide everything you need to paint, including the canvas, brushes, paints, easel, and apron. Feeling hungry or thirsty? When does the next calendar for your paint and sip events get posted?
We post calendars about 4 weeks out. If you'd like to receive an email each month when our new calendar is posted, be sure to add yourself to our email list. https://signup.e2ma.net/signup/1807131/1766254/
Can you bring the paint and sip party to another location?
Absolutely! 🎉 We can bring the paint party to you! Perfect for team-building events, birthdays, celebrations, and more. Contact us for details, and let's get the creativity flowing! 🎨✨ Contact us for more information!
When do I need to arrive and when does class start?
🎨 PUBLIC CLASS: We recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to get settled in, grab a drink, and mingle before the fun begins! If you're running late, you can still join the painting, but guests arriving more than 15 minutes after painting starts may need to catch up on their own. PRIVATE PARTIES: Please arrive at the scheduled party time, class will start 30 mins after the party start time. Again if you arrive 15 mins after the painting session has started, you will have to catch up on your own!
Do you offer classes for guests under 21?
Yes! 🎨 Most classes are open to all ages, making them a fun outing for the whole family. Occasionally, we host adults-only events, and any age restrictions will be clearly listed in the event description. Be sure to check our calendar for Little Brushes events and other family-friendly classes!
Can I show up late to my paint and sip event?
🎨 To keep the class fun and on schedule for everyone, we start painting on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after painting begins, you're still welcome to join and catch up at your own pace. Guests arriving 30+ minutes late WON'T be able to paint OR receive a class credit. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to create with you!
Where do we send our Project Pet photos?
📸 Just email your photo to livermoreca@pinotspalette.com by the deadline listed in the class description. Since we prepare your project in advance, submissions received after the deadline may result in forfeiture of your seat and payment. Be sure to send it in on time so we can create something amazing together! 🎨
What are your studio hours?
📞 Our studio office is open Wednesday–Saturday from 10 AM–5 PM. If you reach us after hours, leave a message or send us an email at livermore@pinotspalette.com—we'll get back to you as soon as we can! 🎨 Public class times are listed on our event calendar, and private parties can be booked any day of the week. Paint-at-Home orders placed Sunday–Tuesday will be processed on Wednesday.
Do I have to paint the featured painting?
Most people paint the featured painting. If you want to paint something entirely different, go for it! We love it when our guests go rogue!
Can I come and watch but not paint?
🎨 Everyone attending the event will need a paid seat to join the fun. For our younger artists, children under 12 must be accompanied by a paid adult. We can't wait to create with you!
