Thank you for your interest in hosting a private party with us at Pinot’s Palette. We wanted to follow up and provide you with some more information about organizing a private party. Here is a quick rundown!
Pick a Date: Let us know on which date you would like to host your event and we will work with you to reserve that time and day! Please note: We are not currently booking private parties on Saturdays.

We have an artist guide you and your group through the painting.
Canvas, paints, and supplies are all included in the cost. We provide a standard 16x20 canvas, and offer specialty canvas sizes for a fee. Our studio uses acrylic paint, so paintings will be dry by the end of class and you can take it home that moment!
Food and bar service are still available for our outdoor private parties!!!
Drinks: We have a wine and beer bar where you can order drinks (non-alcoholic options also available)
Food: You are welcome to order food from Solare at our bar and have it delivered here or bring your own food!

Costs: We do require a $250 deposit to hold your selected date and time, which will be refunded to you at the completion of the paint party. There is a 12 person minimum for our in-person private events at $44/person for a two hour painting and $54/person for a three hour painting.
For Virtual private events there is a 15 person minimum. Virtual event are $55/person. You can either pick up your supplies in the studio or have them shipped in the U.S. for an additional $13. Mailout kits canvas are 11X14. We need the deposit paid and all the addresses 2 weeks before the event in order to mailout the kits on time.
Private party refund policy: There are no refunds inside 7 days prior to your event.

Do you offer Virtual Classes and how do they work?
Virtual classes are identified on our calendar with "Live Virtual Event" or see our Shop tab for recorded events. See a class description for more details. Pick up at studio or choose our reasonable shipping option where available. Videos are available for viewing after live events and for a designated for a limited time to view after the scheduled date as you wish.

What are the pickup times for Virtual class kits and take home kits?
This changes occasionally. Currently, we are open for pickup 9:30-2:30 Tuesday - Friday, and whenever we have in person classes. See our schedule for those class times.

How Do I sign up for a class?
Signing up is easy. Click the "Classes" link on the side of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint, type the number of seats you would like in the white box, and click "Add to Cart." Sign in if you are a Pinot Perks member. Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.

What days are classes held?
Most weeks, classes are held on Wednesdays or Thursdays, Friday, and Saturday evenings. We also occasionally have classes on other nights during the week & on Saturday & Sunday afternoons. We have added more classes on Tuesday evenings and weekend afternoons – view our class calendar to find out more!

What is your cancellation policy?
For registrations for one or two painters 48 or more hours before class time a full refund can occur. You also have the option to put the paid value of reservation "On Hold" to be used later. From 24-48 hours before class time the reservation paid value can be transferred to another class. Loss of payment will occur for "no shows" or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
