How It Works
How To Book
Private events are booked by placing a deposit to secure your date and time once availability is confirmed. We’ll walk you through the easy steps to lock in your celebration.
Deposits
Private events require a minimum $175 deposit to reserve your date. The exact deposit may vary based on the day and size of your event. Your deposit secures your time slot and is applied in full to your final balance. Additional painters may be added, space permitting, and will be billed at the per-painter rate.
Final headcount is due five business days before your event. Billing is based on that confirmed number; no refunds or credits are issued for absent guests or no-shows.
Private events may be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once your event is confirmed, but will apply in full to any rescheduled date when proper notice is given. No refunds are issued after the event.
What's Included
We keep your celebration fun, organized, and effortless. Every event includes all painting supplies plus a dedicated Artist Instructor and support team to guide your guests and keep the good vibes flowing.
Private Party Room
Celebrate in our private Party Room, designed for up to 16 guests with plenty of space to paint, sip, and have fun. Hosting a bigger crowd? Our Main Studio can be reserved for larger private events when available.
Art Supplies
We provide everything you need—canvases, brushes, paints, easels, aprons, and more. A designated storage area keeps personal items tucked safely away from paint splatter.
Professional Instruction
Our instructors are professional artists who bring expertise, energy, and encouragement to every event. They break each painting into simple, step-by-step instructions so guests of all skill levels can relax, have fun, and create something they’re proud to take home.
Ice, Ice Buckets, Water
Outside beverages are not permitted for any private event. All drinks must be purchased from our bar, which offers wine, beer, Sabe cocktails, sodas, and a variety of non-alcoholic options. You may choose an open bar, drink tickets, or individual pay during your event.
Glassware
We serve all drinks in real glassware—never plastic. It’s one of the many ways we keep your celebration feeling elevated and effortless.
Music
We create a lively atmosphere with playlists that fit the moment while keeping instructions clear. Music requests are welcome! Share your favorites at booking and we’ll incorporate them into your event soundtrack.
Food And Drinks
Outside food is only allowed with the Paint & Celebrate upgrade, which adds extra time for food, drinks, and celebration and must be booked with your deposit. Outside beverages aren’t permitted. Our bar serves wine, beer, Sabe cocktails, sodas, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Event Details
Doors open right at your start time. Hosts may arrive 15 minutes early for simple setup or décor. Interested in catering? Let us know when you inquire—we’ll share guidelines. Your studio time includes guest arrival, painting, and celebration.
Painting Selection
Please provide your top three (3) desired paintings. We'll always try to make sure you get your first choice; but due to occasional scheduling conflicts or materials shortages, it's advisable to have a backup or two.
You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least one week before your event date.
