Listed times are INSTRUCTION times. Absolutely NO LATE ARRIVALS-this is a live event. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to order at the bar and get seated. NO LATE ARRIVALS ALLOWED.
NOTE WHEN PURCHASING MORE THAN ONE SEAT!
If ordering surface upgrades, you need to ADD EACH SEAT to your cart ONE AT A TIME with the upgrade and purchase choices for THAT seat, then go back and add the next seat with choices, etc.

What is the cancellation policy for class reservations?
REFUND/CREDIT POLICY: If you cannot attend your scheduled class, please contact at least 24 hours in advance. We will be happy to issue a studio credit that can be used toward a future class registration (to be used within 60 days). No credits will be issued if less than 24 hours’ notice is given (includes no shows). More than 24 hours in advance, you may obtain a refund for your class transaction amount minus a fee to cover merchant services costs associated with card refund transactions. A $10 Service Fee per transaction will apply to all requested refunds $100 and under, 10% of sales total over $100. There are no refunds for Paint Kits, video kits or virtual kits once ordered.

Can I arrive Late?
No late arrivals allowed as this is a LIVE event. We cannot disrupt the rest of the class by instructing late arrivals. IF you realize you will be late, do not go to studio as you will not be allowed to join class. Instead, please email or call and leave a message with your name and the class you were supposed to attend. We will issue you a credit to re-schedule. If we do not receive a message, you will be considered a no show and no credit will be issued.

Do you take walk-ins.
Sorry, We do not allow walk-ins to scheduled classes.

can I sit with someone else and not paint?
Sorry, we do not allow people to attend our painting classes with out a reservation.

Can I bring my own drinks?
You may bring in Non-alcoholic drinks. Sealed bottles of wine are allowed but will be assessed a fee of $10 per bottle (regardless of having a cork or a screw top). Please bring them to the bar upon arrival and we will provide you with glasses and ice if needed. NO OTHER ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT IN.
