How It Works

How To Book

We make the process of boking your event as easy as possible. Private events are booked by placing a deposit to secure your desired date and time (after availability is confirmed by the studio).

Deposits

Your deposit is applied to your event and the balance (along with any bar tab you may want to open) the day of your event. We can take the deposit over the phone or send you a link to pay online. We will work with you on details regarding food and drink orders for your event.

We will call you 2 business days before the event for your final head count and agreed upon payment. Your balance will be taken care of the day of the event unless, previously arranged.

A private party may be cancelled and the deposit refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. A one time reschedule is allowed with at least 10 business days' notice (Monday-Friday) before the originally scheduled event date. If less than 10 days, please contact studio manager.

What's Included

We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide you with all the supplies needed for a party, including our helpful artist(s) to host and guide your guests through the event. We include...

Private Party Room

We have 2 party rooms available depending on your group size. Weekday events that end by 4pm will be held in our main room while evening and weekend events are held in our groups rooms.

Art Supplies

Canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, aprons and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated area to keep purses and coats.

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.

Ice, Ice Buckets, Water

If you are bringing sealed wine, we will provide ice, ice buckets and glasses. We do have a $10 per bottle "corking" fee for each bottle you choose to open. No other alcohol is allowed to be brought in.

Glassware

We provide real glassware, No plastic cups here! Wine is sold by the glass or by the bottle. You can choose an open bar or control your tab by offering drink tickets. If you have chosen to purchase additional time to bring in food, we ask that you bring your own serving items (plates, cups, etc)

Music

We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you. Or, you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event and we'll tailor a playlist to your needs. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.

Food And Drinks

We have a full bar with drinks and food available for purchases. Complimentary water is available for all guests.

Event Details

Unless you've worked out other arrangements with us, doors will open 20 minutes before painting starts. This gives guests time to arrive, settle in and socialize, and gives the host time to set up food or other items for the party.

Painting Selection

ok, this is the fun part-Choosing your painting! We ask that you provide your top three (3) desired paintings. We'll will choose from those, which one we will paint for you. This is to ensure that your guests have the best experience possible.

We ask for your choices withing a week from booking your event. (ASAP if you are booking within a shorter time frame than our normal 2 weeks)
