When you book at party with Pinot's Palette, we help you with everything! From booking the event, to setting up and cleaning up, to providing most everything you need, we're here to make it easy for you!
Even if you're looking to do a virtual event where party guests can paint from their own homes OR one location of their choice without having to come into the studio, we can easily accommodate you with that, too!
Little Brushes paint parties at Pinot's Palette in Brier Creek are tons of fun for kids, and easy breezy for parents. We plan the activities, and take care of the setup and the cleanup for you. Art supplies are ready and waiting when you arrive – including aprons to help protect clothing. All you need to bring are the kids and the food. (We even provide plates and utensils.)
Kids don't need to have any artistic skills to have fun and paint at Pinot's Palette. Our experienced instructors will guide them step by step through the painting, based on the ages and the skill levels of the group. The painting process is closely guided and well-structured, while giving kids the wiggle room that they need to be kids.
We love letting them express their creativity! Kids can change colors, patterns or other details to make the painting their own. And of course, everyone goes home with the coolest party favor ever: their very own masterpiece to remind them of all the fun they had.
Here’s How It Works:
— How To Book —
Request an event date by clicking on any “Plan and Event" button and we will contact you ASAP (no later than one business day ) to confirm your date and collect your deposit. Or you can call us at the studio at 919-391-0258 to make arrangements over the phone.
— Deposits —
Deposits are refunded the first business day after the event, if the minimum headcount was met. If the minimum headcount wasn’t met, empty seats up to the minimum are deducted from the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will then be refunded, as applicable.
A host may also elect to apply the deposit, partially or in full, to other party charges or individual seats.
A private party may be canceled with the deposit refunded, or rescheduled with the full deposit applied, with at least 10 business days' notice (Monday-Friday) before the originally scheduled event date.
— What’s Included —
We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide you with all the supplies needed for a party, including our helpful artist(s) to host and guide your guests through the event. We include...
** PRIVATE PARTY ROOM
In-studio parties for 10-24 guests are held in our Private Party Room. Parties with 30+ guests are welcome to use our Main Studio which can accommodate up to 44 guests. Our entire studio can accommodate up to 68 guests.
** ART SUPPLIES
Canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, aprons and anything else needed to finish a masterpiece. We also have a designated area to keep purses and coats.
** PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTIO
Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.
** ICE, ICE BUCKETS, WATER
Our studio is a bar where you can purchase Beer, Wine, Cider and Soft Drinks . Water is available for all guests, You'll also have a counter space for food or gift items. Outside beverages are not allowed.
** GLASSWARE
We provide real glassware for all guests. We also have a "Sippy Cup" which can be purchased for $10.
** MUSIC
We'll have a crowd-pleasing playlist ready for you. Or, you can tell us what sort of music you'd like for your event and we'll tailor a playlist to your needs. And don't worry – we make sure the music doesn't get in the way of hearing the artist's instructions.
** FOOD AND DRINKS
You can bring any food you like and we will provide plates, napkins and plasticware. We have a huge selection of beer, wine, cider and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase, Our liquor license does not allow outside beverages,
— Event Details —
Unless you’ve worked out other arrangements with us, doors will open 30 minutes before painting starts. This gives guests time to arrive, settle in and socialize, and gives the host time to set up food or other items for the party.
