What are the age requirements for public painting classes?
Unless otherwise noted on the event calendar, our evening public classes are for guests 13 and older with adult supervision and 17 and older without adult supervision. Daytime events are generally for ages 8 and older. Some Family Day, Little Brushes and other special events may have different age guidelines, so always check the individual event description when booking
Do you offer painting classes for kids?
Yes. Pinot's Palette Brier Creek offers Little Brushes® painting experiences designed for young artists. Our instructors provide step-by-step guidance while giving children room to express their creativity by changing colors, patterns and other details
Can I bring my own wine or alcohol to Pinot's Palette Brier Creek?
No. Pinot's Palette Brier Creek is not BYOB, and outside beverages are not permitted. Guests 21+ can purchase beer, wine and cider from our bar. Nonalcoholic beverages are also available. You certainly don't have to drink to enjoy a paint and sip class.
What do I need to bring to a paint and sip class?
Just bring yourself and be ready to have fun! We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints and apron needed for your class. Our bar offers beer, wine, cider and nonalcoholic beverages for purchase. No outside beverages are permitted.
Does wine come with my painting class?
Unless an event specifically states otherwise, drinks are not included with your class registration. Guests 21+ may purchase beer, wine or cider from our bar, and nonalcoholic beverages are also available.
Can I bring food to Pinot's Palette?
Yes. You're welcome to bring food to enjoy during your visit. We provide counter space along with plates, napkins and utensils. For private parties, there is space to set up food for your guests.
How early should I arrive for my painting class?
We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before your class begins. That gives you time to park, check in, find your assigned seat, order a drink and get settled before painting starts.
What should I wear to a paint and sip class?
There's no dress code. Come casual or dress up for your night out. We provide an apron, but acrylic paint can permanently stain clothing once it dries, so we recommend wearing something you won't be heartbroken about getting a little paint on.
Do you have reserved seating?
Yes. We prepare the studio before class and assign seats in advance. If you're attending with friends and want to sit together, identify your group when making your reservation or contact the studio at least 24 hours before class. Private parties do not have assigned seating
Can someone come with me just to watch?
Because seating and studio space are reserved for registered painters, everyone attending a public class must have a paid seat. You don't have to drink—but you do have to paint! After all, our motto is Paint. Drink. Have Fun.®
How do I sign up for a painting class?
Visit our Brier Creek event calendar and choose the painting or event you'd like to attend. Select the event, choose the number of seats you need and follow the checkout instructions to complete your reservation. If you have trouble registering, contact Pinot's Palette Brier Creek and we'll be happy to help.
When is the next Pinot's Palette Brier Creek calendar posted?
We generally try to keep our event calendar posted approximately 60 days in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan date nights, group outings and special occasions. You can also join our email list and follow Pinot's Palette Brier Creek on social media to hear about new paintings, events and specials.
What days does Pinot's Palette Brier Creek have painting classes?
We offer events throughout the week, including daytime, evening and weekend options. Our schedule changes regularly and occasionally a public class may give way to a private event, so check the Brier Creek event calendar for current dates, paintings and availability.
What is the cancellation policy for regular painting classes?
A full refund is available when you cancel at least 48 hours before class. With at least 24 hours' notice, you may transfer your reservation to another class or place the reservation on hold for a future date. No-shows without prior notification forfeit their payment.
What is the cancellation policy for Paint Your Pet and other specialty classes?
If you need to cancel, your reservation may be moved to a future event at no additional cost. A full refund is available only if your custom image or proof has not already been processed for printing and generally requires at least 2 weeks notice . Once the proof has been processed, no full or partial refund is available.
What happens if bad weather affects my class?
If Pinot's Palette Brier Creek cancels a class because of winter weather, you may receive a full refund or transfer your reservation to another class on the current calendar. If the studio remains open but conditions where you live prevent you from safely attending, contact us at least five hours before class. Your reservation may be transferred one time to another class on the current calendar.
What happens if I cancel my private party?
Cancellation requirements depend on the type of private event and space reserved. Because private-event policies can vary, refer to your event agreement or contact Pinot's Palette Brier Creek for the cancellation terms that apply to your reservation.
What happens if my private party doesn't meet the minimum number of guests?
Private events have minimum booking requirements. If your event does not meet the required minimum, the party organizer is responsible for the difference. Your deposit may first be applied toward that amount, with any remaining balance due according to your private-event agreement
