Virtual Private Parties - How It Works

How To Book

Request an event date by clicking on any "Plan An Event" button and we will contact you back ASAP (no later than 1 business day) to confirm your date and collect your deposit. Or you can call us at the studio at 702-331-2007 to make arrangements over the phone.

Deposits

A deposit of $100 holds the date for your virtual private party. Your guests can order their Class Kits by registering for the class or, if the organizer is purchasing all of the Class Kits for their guests, payment for the Class Kits can be made as soon as your final headcount has been determined.

As long as the minimum number of 12 painting guests has been met, the deposit will be refunded back to you after the event or can be applied to the overall cost of the party when the Class Kits are ordered.

If the deposit is not adequate to cover the minimum number of 12 painters, an additional payment from the organizer will be required to do so. All of our deposits are 100% refundable if your party is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the event.

What's Included

We want your event to be fun, organized and effortless. We provide you with all of the painting supplies needed for your party, including a professional artist to guide your guests step-by-step through the painting.

Private Party Room

Your home or office becomes your own personal private party room! Invite your guests to join the party at your location or theirs. All you need is an Internet connected device.

Art Supplies

Each Class Kit contains: 16x20 high quality canvas, paint, brushes, disposable apron, water cup, mixing palette and paper towel.

Professional Instruction

Our instructors are professional artists themselves, and they are well-trained in making the painting process simple and enjoyable for painters of all skill levels. Even in a virtual setting, everyone gets step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace.

Food And Drinks

Our liquor license doesn't allow us to provide beverages outside of our physical studios, so food and beverages are entirely up to you but, whatever you choose, be sure to drink responsibly.

Event Details

We will build your Class Kits for pickup at our studio starting approximately 1 week prior to your party. However, that timeframe can be easily adjusted if you need more time to mail or distribute your Class Kits to out of town guests.

Painting Selection

You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but we like to have your choice at least ten days prior to your party so our artist has time to practice it before your event.

Our painting library is massive which gives you many options from which to choose but can be a little daunting to sort through to find the perfect one. You can narrow your search by using the filters at the top of the page.
