In times of trouble we come together and unite, rescue and rebuild.This painting is inspired by the resilience of our fellow Americans and is the perfect painting for Martin Luther King Jr. Day -- a day which encourages the entire country to stand together as one, regardless of race or ethnicity.
MLK Day is a federal holiday held on the third Monday of January. It celebrates the life and achievements of Martin Luther King Jr., an influential American civil rights leader. He is most well-known for his campaign for racial equality in the United States and his "I Have a Dream" speech.
We are painting 'United We Stand' from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Town Square on Monday, Jan. 15th.
