Maschio Prosecco is a light straw yellow in color with a lively froth. The bouquet is of white peach and orange blossoms. The taste is fruit forward, with peach and almond flavors. The natural sparkle is the result of a Vinification process that takes about 15-20 days and is completed in stainless steel vats kept at a constant temperature of 65- 68˚F
