On February 25th we are painting a rendition of Monet's famous "Venice Twilight"
It is said that Monet was attempting to capture the experience of a blind person who is suddenly granted sight. the building depicted is a famous Italian island church. During the fall of 1908, when this painting was created, Monet was losing his sight to cataracts and created some of his best works!
You don't have to be a master to paint our colorful beginner edition of Monet's Venice Twilight, in fact it's so easy you can paint it with a buzz!
Original painting is on the left, our simplified version of his masterpiece is on the right.
