----- MOSCATO -----
Snacks:
** Sweet:
Desserts like poached pears, apple tart, and pineapple upside-down cake are great complements to the fruit flavors of the wine.
** Spicy:
Thanks to its sweetness and low alcohol content, Moscato makes a great pairing. The heat from spicy Indian curries, Szechuanese dishes, and other cuisines that use chili can be extinguished by Moscato
** Salty:
Pairing Moscato with salty snacks will enhance the fruit and floral flavors in the wine. Foods with a high-salt content are perfect to offset the sweetness of the wine. Throw together a charcuterie board with salty snacks like Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto, and salted, roasted nuts.

----- MERLOT -----
Snacks:
Try to incorporate a thick and rich tomato sauce into some of your appetizers. Mini pizzas work well with the wine and can be as casual or gourmet as you'd like with the toppings -- pepperoni and cheese works just as well for a topping as artichoke hearts or even shrimp. You also could serve meatballs or gnocchi dumplings coated in marinara sauce and skewered with toothpicks.
Cheeses:
Goes well with gouda, gorgonzola, brie, Jarlsberg or parmesan
Meal:
Slow Roasted Lamb Ragout

----- SYRAH -----

Cheese:
Syrah is a good pairing with blue cheeses like Roquefort or gorgonzola. Pair Syrah with salty cheeses like pecorino, Grana padano, or even halloumi. Gouda, asiago, grueyere, and aged cheddar also make for a good Syrah cheese pairing. Syrah can also pair with stinky cheeses like Camembert, brie, and Affinois
