School's Out!!
School can be stressful all in itself, but gearing up for finals and hoping you made the grade causes even more stress. This is where we come in...here are 3 exciting ways to help you unwind and start relaxing for that summer break you ALL deserve!One great way to start enjoying your summer break is to get outside. Norman has some great parks around town to help you get in a good jog, take the dog for a walk, or just take a blanket and a basket of food and soak up the sun while having a nice picnic. The second way we think starts a summer break off right is to sleep in for an extra hour or two and let your body recover from the stress it just went through. Getting more sleep also reduces your risk of accidents and illnesses. There are also many articles available that suggest women need more sleep than men! Unable to sleep in, no worries, just try to go to bed at least 30 minutes earlier. Being well rested makes everyone feel amazing!
Once you have enjoyed the sun and rested up, our favorite way to unwind is painting with us!! We love our paint parties, and think it is a fantastic way to forget the stress and anxiety you have been dealing with. Our amazing artists take you through step by step to create your very own masterpiece.
