A minimalist piece inspired by Japanese water marbling and Ikebana.
Paint a 10x10 painting in 30 minutes before we begin playing Mahjong!
Mahjong 102 is designed for players who understand the fundamentals of American Mahjong and are ready to build confidence, sharpen strategy, and increase speed at the table.
In this intermediate session, you’ll focus on:
✨ Reading the NMJL card with greater efficiency
✨ Identifying strong hands early in the game
✨ Strategic decision-making to elevate your play
This class is best suited for players who have completed an introductory American Mahjong lesson or have prior gameplay experience and feel comfortable with the flow of the game.
All game materials will be provided for use during the lesson.

What are your studio hours?
The studio is open from 12-10 pm Monday - Friday, Saturday 11-10 and Sunday 12-6. We have Open Studio Monday-Friday 1-5 pm. We have public classes every day, please check our Event Calendar for more information. Private parties can be held any day of the week 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. pm -

How do I sign up for a class?
Signing up is easy. Click the "Classes" link on the side of the page to view our calendar of paintings. Select which painting you would like to paint and click "Add Painting to Cart." Follow the on-screen directions to complete the order. Contact us if you have trouble completing your order and we will walk you through the process.
