Lexington Art Walk 2016
Pinot's Palette in Lexington Center is proud to support the 2016 Lexington Art Walk organized by the Lexington Council for the Arts for the second year in a row. At Pinot's Palette, we love supporting the local community and the talented local staff that organize these events. Last year we supplied easels to display artists work, and this year not only are we providing easels, but we are also proud to announce that three of our art instructors will be featured in this years Art Walk! Along Massachusetts Ave over 20 local businesses will be displaying over 30 artists' work in their windows for accessible public viewing. Our artists' contributions include paintings by Karin Samatis found at Michelson's Shoes, paintings by Margarita Krylova found at Lexx Restaurant, and ceramics by Keely Gilmartin found at Artinian Jewelry.
This event will run from November 8th through November 28th in Lexington Center with a Gallery Night Reception Thursday, November 10th from 6-8. Guided tours will be available at 6:30 and 7:30 PM with welcome remarks and awards given at 7:15 PM at Brookline Bank. There will also be a scavenger hunt with a winner chosen on November 29th. Forms will be available at the Visitor's Center, Cary Library, and at the event website: https://arts...artwalk-2016/
The Lexington Art Walk is a great way to not only see work produced by local artists, but also to support the arts community and creative endeavors of Lexington, MA. Look for Pinot's Palette information where all artworks are displayed. We hope to see you out on Mass Ave enjoying the artwork and supporting your local arts community!
