Lowe's Team Building

Today we had a great group of 11 people from Lowe’s PSI team. We have done many team building events in the past but this group wanted to put an extra spin on it and it turned out to be so much fun! We decided to combine two of our team building options for one really fun event.

We started with the musical chairs concept where the painting is broken down into many steps. After each step, the participants change seats and work on a different canvas. By the end of class, each person has contributed to each other’s paintings. We also decided that we would make the end painting a mystery. So not only do you rotate, you have no idea what you are painting until the very end. Once everyone was back to their original canvas, the final step was picking one of their team core values that spoke to them and write it on the bottom of their painting. They could choose from: Be part of something bigger, Be who you say you are, Listen sense respond, and Help people love where they live. The paintings all turned out amazing and you could sense a new comradery among the group. We love being a part of building trust and respect in the workplace and would be honored to host your next event!
