We Love Our Customers!
Did you know that after every event, our system sends out a survey asking our customers for feedback? Sometimes we get the cutest reviews and it feels good to toot our own horn, so here are a few from this year.
"I attended with a friend and it was her first time. She had a great time and loved her painting. She wasn't sure how well she'd do but surprised herself with being able to do an awesome piece of work. The artist afterwards informed the class that it happened to be one of the more difficult paintings to do, but hay, we pulled it off with success. Love the Pinot perks too, I just earned my first free one.....Yaay me !! Thanks again for always being a fun time at Pinot Palette." -Leah C.

"I have been to many many classes and are usually always bring a new friend or family member and they absolutely love it as well. Last night I brought my aunt who lives in California and she had a wonderful time and so when we get our family together for Christmas time we are planning on getting everyone together and having a private class set up so we are very very excited!" -Dawn D.

"As this was only my second time going I was entranced by how Sara held command over such a huge group (I believe it was almost a sold out class) and how the 2 other ladies would walk around and help out us painters when they saw someone in distress over their painting and how quickly they turned “I can’t do this” or “it looks horrible” from the painter into “yes you can do it look at how great your doing already.” Not many people can do that over & over and still have compassion. Yep it was an awesome crew of 3 who handled the large group that painted The Milky Way Forest. I can hardly wait for my next class/party. Thank you for having such a fun thing to do." -NaPua O.

"Last month, I went with my mom to [company X] for the first time because there weren't any paintings at Pinot's Palette that were being put on that we wanted to do as she was visiting from out of town and there are no paint and sip places where she resides in Southern Oregon. I must tell you, though, WOW, Pinot's experience is so much better! There was someone walking around taking pictures of us, making sure that our needs were being met, and most importantly, the instructor at Pinot's actually showed us how to do the painting and took the time needed for us to get the steps done. At [company X], the class we went to started late and ended about a half hour later, and the instructor didn't instruct. She seemed more interested in getting her painting done right than telling us the steps. What a difference! You guys are AWESOME!" -Jeni S.
