Something that makes our studio special is that although Pinot’s Palette is a franchise, our studio is 100% locally owned and operated. One thing we really take pride in and try to support are local, small business owners. Being in the business, we know the many hours and total dedication it takes to be successful.

Because of this, our owner, Jackie Casey, only brings in beer and wine that are locally brewed or aged in the great Northwest. We have wine that was made in Nampa, ID, Sandpoint, ID, and Columbia Valley, WA to name a few. For our beer selection, we have breweries from right here in Coeur d’Alene as well as Hayden, ID, Post Falls, ID, Wallace, ID, Spokane, WA and Leavenworth, WA.

There are many reasons to support local businesses. One thing we take very seriously is our outstanding customer service. We have a genuine care and concern that everyone that attends our painting classes has an amazing time and wants to return. We will always try to go above and beyond your expectations and make your experience personal. This is not something you always receive when going to a “big box” store.

A small business owner is also more likely to give back to the community through creating community relationships. They are invested in the community and will most likely be donating a significant amount of time and money into keeping the community in good standing. Our owner donates to 100’s of local charities throughout the region each year.
