Pinot's Family,
It is with a very heavy heart that I'm writing you to let you know that after 10 wonderful years, we have made the extremely difficult decision to close the doors at our downtown Spokane location. Our franchise agreement is up with Pinot's Palette.
Please use any credits and/or gift certificates you have. If you think you may have an unused gift certificate, email us and we can look into it for you.
Here is our closing timeline:
— Our last classes will be held on Saturday, March 16th.
— Take Home Paint Kit orders can be placed through 3/16. Last day to pick up kits will be 3/22. On our website, click on the 'Paint At Home' tab, you’ll see hundreds of options to choose from. You'll have access to your on-demand video for 30 days after purchase.
Now for some good news -- our Coeur d'Alene location will remain open and operating and we hope to see you there! Gift certificates can be redeemed in CdA if you aren't able to make it to a class before our closing date.
As always, thank you so very much for your support and love over the years. We have truly had a blast every step of the way, and are grateful to continue the fun with you at our CdA location!
