It’s always a fresh feeling after the Holidays when the New Year rolls around. It is so easy to set unreasonably high expectations of yourself. So why not create some goals, through the frame of perception. The human mind has incredible power to manifest what it desires most. This is your year, so you should make your own rules. If you desire to bring the happy, positive vibrations and to make people laugh out loud, then power to you. Bring it on!
These are the characteristics we love about our artists! The ones that teach the art class and the students rocking out to great jams in our studio. Get those creative juices flowing by drinking some grape juice this year. A glass of wine, a canvas, some paint and a smile is what we are all about. These are our rules at the studio (no we don’t require you to sip wine), but we suggest that you do whatever you can to bring out that positive mindset and the inner artist.
